I can't log in

Go to app.breeve.io and click Log in. If you've forgotten your password, use the reset feature. If the issue persists, contact us at help@breeve.io.

How does the credit system work?

Each message you send to an advisor uses 1 credit. Your advisor responds to each message. Your credits are kept as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, unused credits are lost.

Why is the address in Ireland?

Breeve is published by Breeve Network Limited, based in Ireland. The service is available in English and French, and our advisors are based across Europe.

I see a "BREEVE" charge on my bank statement

Charges made by Breeve appear under the label "BREEVE". Our company is based in Ireland, so the address associated with the charge may show an Irish location — this is normal. If you don't recognise this charge, check whether you or a member of your household created an account on www.breeve.io, then contact us at refund@breeve.io.

How much does my subscription cost?

Breeve offers several monthly subscription plans. The exact amount of your subscription is visible in your personal account, under Subscription. Your subscription renews automatically each month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your personal account:
1 - Log in at app.breeve.io
2 - Go to your Settings, Subscription section, and scroll to the bottom of the page
3 - Click Unsubscribe and confirm
The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You keep access to your credits until that date.

How do I get a refund?

Write to us at refund@breeve.io with your login email address, the date and amount of the charge in question. We review each request individually and respond within 24 hours.
