Breeve is a spiritual guidance space for entertainment purposes. These community guidelines define the behaviour expected of every user to ensure a respectful and caring environment.

By using Breeve, you agree to comply with these guidelines. Any breach may result in the suspension or deletion of your account.

1 - Respect for Psychic Advisors and Other Users

Psychic advisors are service providers who dedicate time and attention to each consultation. The user agrees to:

— Communicate in a respectful and courteous manner; — Refrain from making abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or sexually explicit remarks; — Not harass, intimidate, or threaten a psychic advisor or another user; — Not attempt to obtain the personal contact details of a psychic advisor (name, phone number, address, social media) or contact them outside the Platform.

2 - Responsible Use of Consultations

Consultations offered on Breeve are for entertainment and personal guidance purposes. The user agrees to:

— Not use consultations as a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice; — Not make important decisions (health, finances, relationships) based solely on a consultation; — Maintain reasonable and proportionate use of the Platform.

3 - One Account per Person

Each user may only hold one account. It is prohibited to:

— Create multiple accounts; — Use a false identity or impersonate a third party; — Share login credentials with a third party.

4 - Confidentiality of Consultations

The content of consultations is strictly confidential. It is prohibited to:

— Reproduce, capture (by screenshot or any other means), record, or distribute the content of conversations; — Publicly share excerpts of consultations on social media or any other medium; — Use the content of consultations for commercial, advertising, or disparagement purposes.

5 - Prohibited Content

The user is prohibited from transmitting, in the course of communications on the Platform, any content that is:

— Unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or discriminatory; — Inciting hatred, violence, or any illegal activity; — Of a commercial or unsolicited advertising nature; — Infringing on the rights of third parties (intellectual property, privacy).

6 - Platform Integrity

It is prohibited to:

— Use automated devices (bots, scripts) to access the Platform; — Attempt to circumvent security measures or disrupt the operation of the service; — Exploit technical flaws or errors for personal advantage.

7 - Reporting

If you witness behaviour that breaches these guidelines, you may report it at contact@breeve.io. Our team will review each report and take appropriate action.

8 - Sanctions

In the event of a breach of these guidelines, Breeve reserves the right to:

— Issue a warning; — Temporarily suspend the account; — Permanently delete the account in the event of a serious or repeated breach; — Remove any content that breaches these guidelines.

A user whose account is suspended or deleted shall not be entitled to any refund of remaining credits or Cashback balance.
