Community Guidelines

Breeve encourages creativity, but it's essential that all content shared on the platform follows certain rules to ensure a respectful and lawful environment.

• You must own the rights to any content you post, or you must have permission from the rightful owner to share it on Breeve.
• Do not upload or share content that violates copyright laws, intellectual property rights, or the privacy rights of others.

User content must not:

• Promote or incite illegal activities, violence, discrimination, harassment, or hate speech.
• Feature non-consensual or exploitative content, including intimate photos or videos taken without consent.
• Contain misinformation or attempts to deceive other users.

We believe in open, respectful communication. Every member of the Breeve community is expected to treat others with kindness, fairness, and respect. This means:

• No Harassment or Bullying: Engaging in behavior intended to harass, bully, or intimidate others will not be tolerated.
• Hate Speech: Content or communication that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics is strictly forbidden.
• Disagreements: It's okay to disagree, but do so respectfully. Personal attacks or derogatory language will not be tolerated.

At Breeve, user safety is a top priority. We are committed to creating a safe space where all users feel comfortable sharing their content.

• All explicitly adult content is automatically marked as "18+ Content" by our moderation system. We ensure that such content is not accessible to users under the age of 18.
• Content featuring individuals under the age of 18, in any context, is strictly prohibited and will be immediately removed.

Breeve supports creativity, including the use of AI-generated media. However, we have specific guidelines to ensure that such content is used responsibly:

• Disclosure: All AI-generated content must be clearly labeled as such. Misleading or deceptive AI-generated media is not allowed.
• Respect: AI-generated content must not be used to create harmful, offensive, or non-consensual media, including deepfakes.
• Age Representation: AI-generated content that depicts individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited, even if generated artificially.
• Compliance: All AI content must comply with Breeve’s community standards and must not infringe on anyone’s rights or copyright.

Breeve takes content protection seriously. You must not:

• Upload, share, or distribute content that infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, and patents.
• Use Breeve to impersonate others or falsely claim another person’s identity.
• Engage in any unlawful activity on the platform, including the promotion of illegal goods, services, or activities.

Breeve prohibits the use of its platform for any unlawful purpose. This includes:

• Promoting or facilitating illegal activities such as human trafficking, drug distribution, or prostitution.
• Encouraging violence, self-harm, or the abuse of others.
• Uploading content that promotes extremism, terrorism, or other violent ideologies.

Respecting privacy is a core principle of Breeve:

• Do not post personal information (e.g., names, addresses, phone numbers) of other users without their explicit consent.
• Do not use Breeve to impersonate others with the intent to deceive or harm.

Failure to comply with Breeve’s Community Guidelines may result in the following actions:

• Warnings or temporary account suspensions.
• Permanent bans for severe violations such as sharing illegal content, engaging in harassment, or promoting hate speech.
• Removal of content that violates our guidelines or poses a risk to the safety and well-being of our community.

The Breeve community thrives when all users contribute to making it a welcoming and positive space. We encourage users to report violations of these guidelines through our reporting system. Our moderation team will review reports and take action where necessary.
